Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through direct marketing campaigns ON-SITE in retail environments
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Assist customers with sign-ups, purchases, or inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company and client compliance standards at all times

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with new people
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required
