Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple companies, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Create, edit, schedule, and publish consistent social media content.
Turn jobsite photos and videos into professional posts, reels, before-and-after content, and project highlights.
Create graphics, flyers, promotions, and other marketing materials using Canva or similar programs.
Edit short-form video content using CapCut or similar software.
Maintain and update company websites with current services, photos, promotions, and company information.
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for each company.
Help manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
Monitor incoming leads and track where leads are coming from.
Help develop marketing campaigns designed to generate phone calls, estimate requests, and new customers.

Preferred

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, website management, social media, and AI tools such as ChatGPT is preferred.
Experience in construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, remodeling, or home-service marketing is a major plus.
