Job Description

Responsibilities

Email marketing and Klaviyo
Email campaigns, flows and visual design
Shopify website and landing pages
Conversion-focused web design
Affiliate and creator marketing
Product launches and promotions
Marketing campaign creative
Social and digital assets
Brand consistency across channels
Working with and directing outside designers, creators and freelancers

Requirements

Has an excellent visual portfolio
Is highly proficient in Figma
Has experience with DTC/e-commerce brands
Understands Shopify
Understands Klaviyo/email marketing
Understands conversion and customer behavior
Has experience with affiliates, influencers or creators
Can take an idea and carry it from concept → design → execution
Understands that beautiful creative still needs to sell
Is extremely organized and comfortable owning multiple projects

Preferred

Consumer product / DTC experience is strongly preferred.
