Responsibilities

• Edit and produce podcasts, webinars, and thought-leadership video and audio content
• Own post-production workflows for audio, video, and digital content
• Create short-form video and audio cutdowns for the website, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Manage and support remote recordings using platforms such as Riverside
• Support basic recording setup as needed (audio, lighting, single-camera setups)
• Help establish and improve content production workflows, templates, and standards
• Repurpose long-form audio/video content into short-form and written assets in collaboration with the marketing team
• Work within CRM system (Hubspot) to support content distribution and marketing campaigns
• Upload, organize, and manage content and marketing assets in the CRM and website (webflow)
• Assist with campaign execution and cross-functional coordination

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in content production, multimedia marketing, or video/audio editing
• Strong post-production editing skills (video and/or audio)
• Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form assets
• Graphic design experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable learning and working in marketing tools and systems (including HubSpot, webflow)
• Comfortable learning and using content performance data to inform future content decisions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior leadership
• Comfortable working in-office in Atlanta

Preferred

• Experience editing podcasts, webinars, or interview-based content
• Familiarity with video and audio editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Audition or similar
• Experience supporting B2B, financial services, or investment-focused marketing
• Familiarity with LinkedIn-focused content formats
