Drive on-brand social content creation for Krunk Cards across short-form video and live streams.

Standout: fast 1-hour Reel turnarounds and on-camera directing experience.

Produce daily content across all social platforms including short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), static posts, carousels, and Stories
Clip and edit live show highlights into engaging social content, turning streams into top-of-funnel awareness pieces
Execute content plans for every product release — teasers, unboxings, show clips, and recaps — following established playbooks from the Content Strategist
Maintain a high-volume daily output cadence as defined by the Content Strategist, consistently meeting weekly targets
Film, shoot, and capture raw content on-site including product photography, pack openings, and behind-the-scenes footage
Write captions, hooks, and copy that match the Krunk Cards voice — energetic, authentic, and community-driven
Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and platform algorithm changes to keep content fresh and discoverable
Collaborate with the Stream Team to coordinate content around show schedules, product drops, and special events
Organize and maintain a content asset library so footage, graphics, and templates are easy to find and reuse
Report on content performance weekly, flagging what hit and what missed so the Content Strategist can adjust the calendar

Proven experience creating social media content, especially short-form video (portfolio or examples required)
Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
Strong eye for composition, pacing, and on-platform trends — you know what performs on TikTok vs. Instagram vs. YouTube
Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality — you can turn around a polished Reel in under an hour
Comfort being on camera or directing others on camera for content shoots
Basic graphic design skills for static posts, thumbnails, and story graphics (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma)
Interest in trading cards, sports cards, collectibles, or live-commerce is a strong plus
Self-starter mentality — you don’t wait to be told what to film when a great moment happens
