Responsibilities

• Edit and publish blog posts written by leadership or drafted with AI assistance
• Add internal links, compliance disclosures, and CTAs before each post goes live
• Maintain post accuracy over time—flag outdated content, propose updates
• Manage CVFO’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other active channels
• Write and schedule posts using Zoho Social
• Repurpose blog content into platform-appropriate social formats
• Build and maintain a regular email newsletter using Zoho Marketing Automation
• Own the content calendar, writing, segmentation, and send schedule
• Track open rates, clicks, and engagement—report what’s working
• Coordinate with leadership on messaging, targeting, and budget use

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a closely related role
• Strong writer—can produce clean, professional copy with minimal editing needed
• Treats AI tools as a core part of the workflow—uses them to handle drafts, research, scheduling, and repetitive tasks, then applies real judgment to what comes out
• Experience with social scheduling and email marketing platforms (Zoho experience a plus, not required)
• Organized and self-directed—can manage a content calendar and hit deadlines without a lot of hand-holding
• Understands or is willing to learn compliance constraints in a financial services context (no promotional claims without approval, no unsupported guarantees)
• Comfortable asking questions and flagging issues before they become problems
• Ability to commute to Yucaipa, CA 92399
