Responsibilities

• Content Creation & YouTube Management: Plan, film, edit, and produce high-quality video content for YouTube and other platforms (shop tours, before/after repairs, customer stories, how-to videos, motorsports highlights, etc.).
• Create eye-catching short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) to drive engagement and growth.
• Capture photos and videos of daily operations, events, and customer projects.
• Manage and grow our YouTube channels with consistent uploads and optimization (thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags).
• Social Media Management: Oversee all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business).
• Create, schedule, and post engaging daily/weekly content.
• Respond to comments and messages in a professional, friendly manner.
• Build and grow our online community and follower base.
• Digital Marketing & Promotion: Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across multiple businesses.
• Design graphics, promotional materials, and flyers.

Requirements

• Strong creative skills with experience in content creation and video (phone or camera).
• Comfortable managing YouTube channels and social media platforms.
• Experience with content editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.) is a big plus.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple projects.
