Drive short-form content creation for social platforms, delivering studio-quality edits for TikTok/Instagram in a freelance capacity.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram
• Shoot and edit photos for social media and digital use
• Capture talent in a flattering, elevated way with a strong understanding of angles, lighting, and composition, especially for models
• Execute against creative direction while contributing ideas rooted in current trends and platform behavior
• Turn around content quickly without sacrificing quality
• Assist on in-person shoots, content days, and activations as needed
• Manage post-production across multiple pieces of content at once
• Communicate clearly and proactively with the creator and team
• Ensure content is delivered on time and at a premium standard

Requirements

• Proven experience creating short-form content that performs on TikTok and Instagram
• A deep understanding of social platforms, trends, pacing, and what makes content shareable
• Strong instinct for shooting talent, including how to find flattering angles, lighting, and composition for models
• Proficiency in CapCut, Instagram Edits, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop
• Strong eye for framing, pacing, and storytelling specifically for short-form
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure well
• Clear and consistent communication
• Comfortable taking direction while also contributing creatively
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deliverables at once

Preferred

• Cosplay experience or familiarity with cosplay culture
• Graphic design experience
