Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and community partners at local events and outreach campaigns.
• Engage with community members, supporters, donors, and volunteers.
• Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and initiatives.
• Assist with fundraising campaigns, promotional events, and community programs.
• Build positive relationships through face-to-face communication and customer engagement.
• Assist with event setup, registration, and onsite coordination.
• Collect feedback and share insights with the team.
• Work collaboratively to achieve campaign and community outreach goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Confidence interacting with diverse groups of people
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in community outreach, nonprofit organizations, marketing, events, fundraising, or public relations
• Previous experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, restaurants, fundraising, volunteering, events, or communications are encouraged to apply.
