Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support & Execution Support the build, QA, and deployment of segmented engagement campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other channels.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and execution checklists to help keep campaigns organized and on track.
  • QA campaign assets and deployments to catch errors, ensure accuracy, and deliver a high-quality experience before launch.
  • Ensure client-facing communications are on-brand and aligned with Brightside’s voice and style guidelines.
  • Assist with drafting clear, engaging client-facing copy and coordinating stakeholder feedback and approvals.
  • Identify bottlenecks or recurring issues in campaign build and QA processes, and help improve workflows and checklists to make execution more efficient and reliable.
  • Measurement & Enablement Support
  • Pull, organize, and maintain campaign performance data to support analysis and decision-making by Client Marketing Leaders.
  • Track key engagement metrics and surface notable trends, opportunities, or areas for further investigation.
  • Maintain playbooks, templates, and best-practice documentation that help the team execute consistently and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field; exposure to lifecycle, client, or engagement marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with Iterable is a plus.
  • Experience in benefits, fintech, HR tech, healthcare, payroll, or a similar industry is helpful but not required.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and/or CRM systems, with an eagerness to learn segmentation, workflow automation, and A/B testing.
  • Comfort using, or curiosity to learn, AI tools to improve workflows, processes, and day-to-day execution.
  • Interest in building multi-channel engagement strategies that extend beyond email, including SMS, direct mail, push notifications, and mobile-first messaging.
  • Strong attention to detail and an interest in using data to understand performance and continuously improve campaigns.
  • A proactive, curious mindset - you’re eager to learn, receptive to feedback, comfortable asking questions, and excited to take on greater ownership as you grow.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, empathetic, and action-oriented copy.
