Responsibilities

• Represent the United Breast Cancer Foundation at pop-up fundraising booths and retail activations across the Nashville and Mount Juliet area
• Start genuine face-to-face conversations with the public and inspire donations and recurring giving
• Answer questions about the foundation's mission, programs, and impact clearly and confidently
• Set up, manage, and break down event displays and fundraising materials every shift
• Track donor sign-ups and campaign results accurately every day
• Hit daily and weekly fundraising goals alongside your team

Requirements

• A natural people person who genuinely enjoys talking to strangers face-to-face
• Self-motivated, positive, and coachable
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors at pop-up events
• Reliable and available for a consistent full-time schedule including some weekends
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to commute to Mount Juliet, TN 37122
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• No prior experience required — we train you completely from day one
