Responsibilities
- Representing our charity partners at local events and pop-ups across South Florida
- Having real, unscripted conversations that get people involved
- Running events start to finish — setup, execution, breakdown
- Supporting light social/email outreach between events
- Partnering with our team on campaign ideas
- Sharing feedback on turnout and engagement to help us improve
- Growing into leadership as you prove yourself — we promote from within
Requirements
- No experience needed, just energy and a willingness to learn.
- Genuinely enjoy talking to new people
- Show up reliably and take ownership
- Care about community impact
- Work well solo and as part of a team
- Can commit full-time, including some weekend events
- Live in or near Deerfield Beach, or are ready to relocate
