Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Campaign Delivery & Readiness is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, orchestration, and operational readiness of acquisition and retention campaigns across CenterWell Pharmacy (CWP), Integrated Health, and STARS initiatives.
  • Serving as the critical bridge between strategy and execution, this role coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are market-ready, compliant, operationally sound, and delivered with excellence across all member touchpoints.
  • This position owns the end-to-end campaign delivery process, driving alignment across Marketing, Operations, Product, Clinical, Compliance, Analytics, and Contact Center teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, execute seamlessly across channels, and achieve intended engagement, growth, retention, and quality outcomes.
  • The Campaign Delivery & Readiness professional continuously evaluates campaign performance, identifies process improvements, and implements best practices to enhance speed, efficiency, compliance, and execution effectiveness.
  • Through strong program management, stakeholder coordination, and operational leadership, this role ensures campaigns consistently support business objectives while delivering a high-quality, member-centric experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in campaign management, marketing operations, program management, healthcare operations, member engagement, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across digital, contact center, direct mail, email, SMS, and/or member engagement channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • 2-4+ years experience managing large to midscale projects
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial trends
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
