Responsibilities

• Own and manage Cosabella's seasonal marketing calendar and campaign execution across channels
• Brief and manage creative and content production (photography, video, copy) with agencies and freelancers
• Coordinate product launches and campaign timing with e-commerce, sales, and PR/influencer teams
• Track brand health metrics (awareness, sentiment, sell-through by collection) and report performance to the VP of Marketing
• Ensure brand voice, positioning, and visual identity stay consistent across e-commerce, wholesale, social, and PR
• Manage day-to-day agency and vendor relationships within the budget set by the VP of Marketing
• Partner with merchandising and design to align the marketing calendar with product drops and inventory

Requirements

• 4-6 years in brand marketing or brand management, ideally within apparel, intimates, or adjacent consumer categories
• Experience executing integrated campaigns across DTC, wholesale, and social channels
• Strong project management skills; comfortable owning a calendar with many moving parts and dependencies
• Excellent briefing and creative direction skills; experience managing agencies or freelance creative
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable tracking and reporting on brand and campaign performance
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, newly-integrated brand environment
