Responsibilities

• Accompany the sales team on visits to local businesses
• Professionally represent the company and help create a strong first impression
• Deliver business cards, brochures, snacks, and other marketing materials
• Observe client and prospective-client meetings
• Take clear notes and help organize follow-up information
• Assist with light marketing, outreach, and administrative tasks
• Learn the staffing, recruiting, client-relations, and business-development process from the ground up

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable meeting new people
• Professional, polished, and able to represent a growing business appropriately
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Hospitality, bartending, restaurant, nightlife, promotional, event, retail, or customer-service experience is highly valued
• No staffing or business-development experience required

Preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
