Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial, billing, account, claims, payroll, or control records relevant to the Bookkeeper role at Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Review transactions, documents, requests, or account information for completeness and follow documented procedures for discrepancies. This supports the Bookkeeper role. The work is completed for Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Prepare reconciliations, reports, status updates, or supporting schedules that make financial activity clear and traceable. This supports the Bookkeeper role. The work is completed for Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Handle sensitive financial or personal information with appropriate confidentiality and limit access to approved business purposes. This supports the Bookkeeper role. The work is completed for Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Coordinate routine follow-up with customers, vendors, employees, or internal teams and escalate exceptions requiring additional review. This supports the Bookkeeper role. The work is completed for Jewelry Store Marketers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform Bookkeeper work, or closely related training/experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software for Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions in the Bookkeeper workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote Bookkeeper position.
