Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store.
• Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments.
• Help create attractive product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build customer relationships.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Take photos and videos of products, promotions, and new arrivals.
• Help develop creative marketing ideas and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Interest in beauty, hair care, skincare, or cosmetics.
• Comfortable using social media platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Preferred

• Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus.
• Has a positive attitude.
• Enjoys helping customers.
• Is creative and loves social media.
• Takes initiative without constant supervision.
• Wants to help grow a local business.
• Can work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
