Own and help drive the end-to-end product lifecycle and marketing plans for the Automotive segments, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet annual goals and track performance.

  • Lead lifecycle management and marketing plan execution across product lines and segments.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing Communications to ensure alignment and timely delivery of objectives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Lifecycle Management: Assist the Global Product Marketing team in overseeing the full lifecycle of product lines, including development, launch, maintenance, and rationalization strategies.
  • Support the execution of integrated product marketing plans that support annual marketing goals and objectives for Automotive business and segment initiatives.
  • Analyze Business and Financial Data: Pull and interpret key business and financial reports to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Assist with Marketing Communication Management: Work closely with the Marketing Communications team on catalog updates, marketing collateral reviews, and the creation of marketing assets to support brand initiatives.
  • Engage with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with internal stakeholders across Segment Marketing, Marketing Communications, Sales, Technical Services, Global Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.

Requirements

  • Availability to work as close to 37.5 hours per week as possible during summer months
  • Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week (3+ days) during the school year with flexibility based around school schedule
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • Current college student pursing degree in Marketing or related field
  • Current college student at the junior, senior or grad school level
  • TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: (TIME SPENT AWAY FROM HOME OR OTHER TYPICAL OFFICE LOCATION) 5%

Preferred

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred
  • Expected graduation date of Winter 2026 or anytime 2027.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new tasks, work independently and meet deadlines
  • Analytical and metrics-driven with a strategic mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage projects with multiple internal departments
