Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Support initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and campaign performance
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional events, trade shows, community events, and brand activations
• Manage event timelines, materials, schedules, and onsite requirements
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, public relations, and creative teams to maintain consistent messaging
• Monitor campaign and event performance and provide actionable insights
• Track key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI
• Assist with presentations, promotional materials, campaign content, and event collateral
• Support social media and offline promotional campaigns
• Identify new opportunities for marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, event marketing, promotions, brand management, or a related field
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing platforms, Microsoft Office, and event management tools
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and develop actionable recommendations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
