Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee the management and optimization of the company’s e-commerce website using content management systems such as WordPress and other platforms.
Develop, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM to maximize reach and conversion rates.
Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic.
Manage digital marketing campaigns setup, including performance marketing strategies, email marketing initiatives, and marketing automation workflows.
Analyze web analytics reports using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics reporting to track campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate content creation including graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and ensure consistent brand messaging across social media marketing campaigns.
Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and implementing best practices in paid search marketing and social media advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website management aligns with overall marketing goals while maintaining technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and website management systems.

Requirements

Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms with a strong understanding of website management tools such as WordPress or similar CMS.
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels including Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, SEM, paid advertising campaign management, and social media management.
Proficiency in SEO tools, web analytics reporting (Google Analytics), marketing analytics, and performance marketing strategies.
Technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL; familiarity with Google Tag Manager is highly desirable.
Strong content creation skills with experience in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to teamwork and project management.
