Job Description
Requirements
- College degree (preferably business or technical) with minimum of 5 years experience in engineering (customer facing), sales, marketing, or product management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills when working across all functional levels
- Growth mindset, with strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to develop trust with customers and colleagues
- Patient team builder with global acumen to build and manage diverse customer contacts
- Highly organized, self motivated, and charismatic
- Potential domestic and international travel of 15-30% at times
- This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
Preferred
- Experience in Seal Industry, Aerospace Markets, and/or Parker Hannifin EMG is preferred.
