Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily email calendar for all international segments.
  • Help develop unique email content strategy to support localized events based on in-market insights and competitive patterning.
  • Partner with Sr. Analyst ad customer analytics team on monthly email dashboard to identify strategies that drive retention (e.g., affinity modeling, country segmentation, time of day deployment testing, etc.).
  • Leverage insights from weekly email reports, monthly dashboard and email monitoring tool to inform content and segmentation decisions.
  • Review e-mail, display ad, website, and any other relevant creative for content & accuracy, as well as alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Participate in the review of any digital and print creative & copy requirements associated with international marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on email and digital marketing innovations and best practices and proactively provide recommendations on new tactics and testing agenda.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related degree.
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, retail preferred.
  • Highly organized, flexible and have a proven multi-tasking ability.
  • Personal professionalism and sense of accountability.
  • Innovative mindset with intellectual curiosity.
  • Previous experience with ESPs and personalization vendors a plus (Salesforce, Movable Ink)
  • Ability to react quickly to changes in priorities; navigate changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Windows applications (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint); strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new campaign execution tools.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
