Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual student recruitment plans.
• Represent CBA at community events, career fairs, churches, nonprofits, and school events.
• Build partnerships with middle schools, youth organizations, recreation centers, and community leaders.
• Conduct information sessions and school tours.
• Manage student interest forms and enrollment databases.
• Follow up with prospective families through phone, email, and text communication.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns alongside the Marketing Department.
• Track enrollment metrics and provide weekly reports.
• Assist with lottery, admissions, and enrollment documentation.
• Plan recruitment events and family engagement opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Passion for educational equity and youth development.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in education, nonprofit, admissions, recruitment, sales, or community outreach preferred.
