At Granite Peak, we have a diverse team of nurses who can meet a wide range of needs. Our services include medication management, IV antibiotics, pain management, wound care, colostomy care, in-home physical therapy following surgery, assistance with devices and adaptive equipment, as well as home health aides who provide bathing, cleaning, and personal care.
