Job Summary

Own and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, lead on strategy and ROI, and clearly communicate results to clients and internal stakeholders while supporting new business growth.

Drive campaign performance through PMAX, Search, and Display with stringent ROI targets
Collaborate on proposals and keep clients updated on trends and opportunities

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display and Performance Max
Lead on strategy, execution, and optimisation, with a clear focus on ROI and conversion metrics
Communicate campaign results and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
Contribute to new business proposals and support the growth of our paid media offering
Keep on top of platform changes, emerging tools, and performance-enhancing trends
Set clear campaign goals and manage budgets to drive high-quality leads and conversions
Use audience signals, asset testing and structured reporting to get the most from PMAX

Requirements

2+ years’ experience managing paid media campaigns in an agency or performance marketing environment
Strong working knowledge of:
Search and Display campaign setup and structure
Performance Max - including asset groups, targeting, audience signals, and optimisation
Remarketing
Confidence working with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking/conversion tools
Analytical mindset - able to spot trends, test ideas, and report on ROI
Strong communication skills - able to explain campaign performance clearly to clients
Bonus: experience with lead gen campaigns in B2B sectors (e.g. accountancy, legal, SaaS)
