Own CRM lifecycle across email, push, SMS, and in-app for a beauty brand, driving personalized journeys and AI-backed optimization at scale.

Job Description

Responsibilities

CRM Campaign Execution: plan, briefing, build, QA, and deployment of CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging; manage customer journeys in Braze.
Coordinate calendars and ensure timely delivery of communications across teams.
Personalisation & Customer Experience: leverage data and segmentation to deliver targeted communications; use Movable Ink for dynamic real-time content; identify opportunities to improve engagement through behavioural targeting and lifecycle optimization.
AI & Innovation: use AI tools to improve CRM effectiveness, stay informed on emerging AI trends, and test and scale AI-enabled initiatives with internal partners.
Mobile App CRM: support the full app funnel and build mobile-first journeys using push, in-app messaging, app inbox/content cards, and email/SMS support journeys.

Personalisation & Customer Experience

Leverage customer data and segmentation to deliver highly targeted and personalized communications.
Use Movable Ink to create dynamic and real-time personalized content experiences.
Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement through behavioural targeting and lifecycle optimization.

AI & Innovation

Use AI tools and automation to improve CRM effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
Stay informed on emerging AI trends and recommend innovative ways to improve CRM performance and customer experience.
Partner with internal teams to test and scale AI-enabled CRM initiatives.

Mobile App CRM

Support CRM activity across the full app funnel e.g. acquisition, activation, engagement, feature adoption, push opt-in, revenue and repeat app usage.
Build, test and optimise mobile-first journeys using push notifications, in-app messaging, app inbox/content cards and email/SMS support journeys.
