Own CRM strategy and backbone of supporter comms using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive personalised journeys and measurable results across fundraising and digital teams.

CRM roadmap ownership: identify opportunities to improve supporter journeys, automation, personalisation and campaign performance.
Hands-on SFMC and journey management: campaign builds, journey management, segmentation, testing and platform optimisation.
Cross-team collaboration and governance: partner with fundraising, communications and digital teams, ensuring governance, consent and data protection compliance.
