Job Summary

Own the visual identity for a fashion-forward brand, shaping content across all channels with end-to-end production, from shoots to published content, while steering calendar-driven output and data-informed refinement.

Brand Content Strategy: Own the direction and alignment with product launches and brand moments.
Content Creation & Shooting: Lead as the primary shooter for high-quality photo and video content.
Content Planning & Optimization: Build a calendar, coordinate external creatives, and analyze performance to continually improve results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and own the brand content strategy - setting a clear direction for how Condition shows up across all channels
Plan, produce, and execute photo and video shoots end-to-end, from concepting through to delivery
Operate as the primary shooter on shoots, capturing both photo and video content to a professional standard
Build and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent output across all platforms
Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure content aligns with product launches, campaigns, and brand moments
Brief and coordinate external creatives (photographers, videographers, editors) when additional resource is needed
Analyse content performance and use data to continually refine and improve the strategy
Stay ahead of content trends and platform behaviour to keep Condition's output fresh and relevant

Requirements

Proven experience in a content, creative, or marketing role - ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or a consumer brand
Hands-on experience with photography and videography - you're confident picking up a camera and producing polished content independently
A strong creative eye and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual content
Experience developing content strategies and working to a structured content calendar
Proficiency in editing software - Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
A self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify creative decisions

Preferred

Experience shooting and directing talent on set
Knowledge of short-form video and platform-native content (Reels, TikTok)
An existing portfolio of brand or editorial work
