Job Description

Responsibilities

Reach and influence the right audience: develop and deliver content and campaigns that build awareness, trust, and consideration; ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right moments.
Own content strategy, voice, and tone: own Hilo's content strategy across channels and customer touchpoints; develop messaging frameworks and maintain a consistent brand voice across markets; oversee content planning across brand, campaign, SEO, and educational content; use data, experimentation, and AI-enabled workflows to continuously improve performance.
Own the creative brief: develop creative strategies and briefs that drive effective top-of-funnel marketing; lead agency briefing and creative development processes; ensure creative output reflects audience insight, commercial priorities, and brand standards.
Make the brand measurable: establish and track key brand metrics, including awareness, recall, search interest, and share of voice; partner with the data team to understand what's working and where to improve; help position Hilo as the most trusted name in continuous blood pressure monitoring.
Partner across teams: work closely with Design, Product, Scientific, Commercial, PR, Events, and external partners to deliver a consistent brand experience; coordinate campaigns and content across stakeholders while maintaining quality and alignment; manage agency and freelance relationships where required.

Requirements

Strong experience in brand and content roles within consumer-facing businesses.
Proven ability to translate brand strategy into campaigns, content, and measurable results.
Experience managing agencies and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent writing, briefing, communication, and project management skills.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong thinking, execution, and impact.
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and hands-on.

Preferred

Experience in health, wellness, medtech, or other trust-driven categories.
Startup or scale-up experience.
German language skills.
Experience using AI tools to improve content creation, briefing, or production workflows.
