Support the planning and delivery of communications and engagement activity that helps colleagues, partners and residents understand and contribute to key programmes. This includes:
Developing clear, accessible content across digital and print channels
Supporting campaigns, launches, consultations and engagement events
Translating complex policy and service changes into meaningful messages
Working closely with programme teams, corporate communications and partners
Using insight and feedback to review and improve communications activity
Ensuring communications reflect the voices and experiences of diverse communities

Requirements

Experience delivering communications, campaigns or engagement activity
Ability to turn complex information into clear, audience-focused content
Strong writing and editing skills across formats (e.g. briefings, web, campaigns)
Experience supporting events, workshops or stakeholder engagement activity
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
Experience using insight and feedback to improve communications
A commitment to inclusive, accessible communication and understanding diverse communities
