Job Summary

Own end-to-end launches and cross-functional programs, leading plans, tracking every workstream, and ensuring on-time delivery.

  • Own operational backbone of major product launches and marketing programs
  • Align PMM, Product Ops, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and GTM into a single plan
  • Escalate and triage risks to keep launches on track

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize launches end to end. Own the operational backbone of major product launches: build the launch plan, track every workstream, and keep owners accountable to dates. You're the person who knows the status of everything and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks between teams.
  • Drive marketing programs to completion. Manage the projects that keep the PMM engine running — campaigns, enablement pushes, content programs — from kickoff through delivery. Set the cadence, run the check-ins, and keep momentum when things get complex.
  • Keep cross-functional teams aligned. Sit at the center of PM, Product Ops, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and GTM and drive tight collaboration across all four. Translate between functions, surface dependencies early, and turn a room of competing priorities into a single shared plan.
  • Build the operating rhythm. Establish and maintain the systems that make launches repeatable: trackers, status reporting, launch calendars, and retrospectives. Leave every program better documented and easier to run than the last.
  • Protect the timeline. When a deliverable slips or priorities collide, you triage, escalate the right things to the right people, and keep the launch on track without waiting to be told.
  • Manage external agency relationships. Own the day-to-day ops with creative, content, and other external partners: brief them clearly, hold them to scope and deadlines, and make sure their output meets the bar. You're the bridge between Legora's creative standards and the work that comes back, in partnership with brand design and PMM.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in program management, project management, marketing operations, or a comparable cross-functional coordination role
  • A track record of running multi-workstream projects to deadline with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives
  • Experience managing external agencies or vendors to deliver against scope and deadlines
  • Sharp written and verbal communication; you make complex status legible to busy people
  • Strong instincts for prioritization, triage, and knowing when to escalate
  • Fluency with project and collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, Linear, or equivalents)

Preferred

  • exposure to product launches, B2B SaaS, or the legal/professional-services space

Benefits

  • The chance to shape how the category-defining legal AI platform goes to market
  • High ownership and direct access to senior leadership from day one
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits
  • A team that moves fast, sets a high bar, and takes the work seriously
