Job Summary

Own the client relationship and drive multi-brand growth campaigns end-to-end, translating strategy into briefs, content, and measurable outcomes.

Client Partnerships: Manage on-site client relationship, align priorities, and maintain momentum.
Campaign & Content Execution: Translate growth strategy into briefs and deliver campaigns across multiple brands, owning the content calendar.
Cross-Functional Delivery & Optimization: Collaborate with designers, writers, social/video teams; incorporate feedback and report results with solutions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client's team on-site. Attend their meetings, understand their world, and be a trusted marketing partner inside their business. Keep communication tight, priorities clear, and momentum high.
Take the growth strategy and drive it forward. Work with the Kitto team to plan, brief, and deliver content and campaigns across multiple brands. Be the one who holds the thread between what we're doing and why.
Own the content calendar. Brief our creative and social teams clearly and on time. Push briefs until they're sharp, and make sure every output connects to the broader strategy.
Plan and coordinate campaigns that get people talking. This is a business that moves, and you'll need to move with it.
Keep both sides informed. Report on what's working, flag what isn't, and bring solutions, not problems.
Work closely with designers, copywriters, social and video teams to get great work made. Take feedback, give feedback, and keep the energy up.

Requirements

Experience in marketing, in recruitment
Events or content expertise: you know how to plan and execute
Someone who gets up and talks to people. You don't hide behind emails
Able to juggle multiple brands and priorities without dropping the ball
Positive, proactive, and full of ideas. You think the answer's yes
Based in or able to commute to central London three days a week
