Job Summary

Own the creation and adaptation of trade marketing assets that empower sales across distributors, wholesalers, on-trade, off-trade, and e-commerce, while keeping brand and commercial standards and a clean asset library.

Asset production and format tailoring: design and update sell sheets, product information sheets, channel toolkits, POS visuals, and decks using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Channel-ready customization: translate materials for each channel and maintain consistent naming, tagging, and version control.
Asset governance and collaboration: refresh imagery and copy to reflect current portfolio, replace outdated assets, and partner with sales to align on channel needs.

Develop new and updated trade marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar tools.
Create visually engaging sell sheets, product information sheets, channel toolkits, POS visuals, and presentation decks.
Adapt existing materials into new formats or channel-specific versions.
Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and meet commercial requirements.
Work with sales teams to understand what each channel (e.g., distributors, wholesalers, on-trade, off-trade, e-commerce) needs.
Produce tailored materials that support customer conversations and product listings.
Refresh product imagery, copy, and layout to reflect current portfolio and messaging.
Build a structured, easy-to-navigate library of all trade marketing materials.
Apply consistent naming conventions, tagging, and version control.
Replace outdated materials with newly designed assets.

Requirements

Strong design capability using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred for trade materials).
Good visual judgement and attention to detail.
Ability to translate information into clear, attractive layouts.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple versions of assets.
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
Interest in B2B marketing, trade marketing, or commercial design.
