Job Summary

Own and drive the brand's organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms; plan and produce engaging content including short-form video and visuals; manage creators, community engagement, and performance reporting while collaborating with the marketing team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
Plan, create and schedule engaging organic content.
Film, edit and publish short-form video content.
Create graphics, carousels and Stories using Canva.
Curate and maintain a premium, cohesive social feed.
Stay ahead of trends and proactively identify content opportunities.
Manage UGC creators and creator collaborations from briefing through to content delivery.
Support influencer gifting and campaign execution where required.
Manage community engagement across social platforms.
Produce weekly and monthly social media reporting, analysing performance, key insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Has experience within the beauty, skincare or lifestyle industry (preferred).
Has excellent Canva skills and a strong eye for design.
Is confident filming and editing content using CapCut or similar tools.
Has experience managing UGC creators and creator content.
Has experience with Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous).
Is confident using AI tools to enhance content creation and creative workflows (advantageous).
Has exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of branding, aesthetics and social trends.
Is proactive, organised and full of creative ideas.
Has excellent communication skills.

Preferred
