Responsibilities

Drive the global marketing strategy for the HLM equipment portfolio.
Lead upstream marketing activities, translating market insights and customer needs into product strategy and development priorities.
Partner closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to support the research, design and development of the new HLM version.
Shape the long-term direction of the product line, balancing current portfolio priorities with future innovation opportunities.
Collaborate with technical teams on equipment integrating embedded software, including discussions around software versions and product requirements.
Management of one direct report, contributing to their professional development and success.

Requirements

Significant experience in Marketing or Product Management within the medical device industry, with strong experience in medical equipment.
Proven ability to develop product strategies and contribute to new product development, ideally through upstream marketing activities.
Experience collaborating with R&D and cross-functional teams in a technical or product development environment.
Understanding of software embedded in medical equipment and the ability to engage in discussions with technical stakeholders.
Strong project management, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.
Some people management experience is desirable
