Job Summary

Own the local consumer marketing stack for a hospitality brand, aligning CRM, creative and events to drive on-site visits and loyalty, with hands-on design and cross-team project leadership.

CRM & Growth: Own weekly email campaigns, database segmentation, loyalty activity, and reporting to improve repeat visits.
Creative & Content: Lead newsletters and on-brand collateral across print and digital assets.
Events & Local Partnerships: Plan events, coordinate press/influencer attendance, and support POS and venue materials for in-market campaigns.

Responsibilities - CRM & customer marketing: weekly email campaigns, database and segmentation, loyalty activity, performance reporting, landing pages and Squarespace updates - Design & creative: newsletters, flyers, posters, menus, printed collateral and website graphics - Events & partnerships: event planning and logistics, press and influencer attendance, listings and promo materials - Local marketing: work with GMs on site-level campaigns, POS and venue materials - PR & communications: press releases, journalist contacts (Roxhill), press visits and gifting, media coverage tracking Requirements - 2–4 years' marketing experience, ideally hospitality, food, drink or lifestyle - Canva, and ideally Adobe Creative Suite - Email platform experience (Airship, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor or similar) - Strong written communication and organisation across multiple stakeholders - Happy being hands-on, and ambitious to grow with the brand Benefits - 25% staff discount across venues - Free barista coffee on shift - Workplace pension (auto-enrolment) - 28 days paid holiday
