Job Summary

Own integrated marketing, admissions, and philanthropy with data-driven decision making to drive recruitment, retention and a high-quality family journey.

  • Marketing & Recruitment Integration: Lead the cross-functional approach across marketing, admissions and philanthropy to attract and retain families.
  • Data-Driven Experience: Turn data, systems and insights into decisions that shape prospective family journeys.
  • Team and Strategy Leadership: Guide a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the school’s strategic direction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of marketing, communications, admissions alumnae relations and philanthropy
  • Lead and develop a fully integrated approach to pupil recruitment and retention
  • Oversee the effective use of data, systems and insight to inform decision-making
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent and engaging customer experience for prospective families
