Interest in fashion, e-commerce, or shopping content
Reliable and easy to communicate with; early-stage company, so quick turnarounds and flexibility matter

Preferred

Active TikTok presence or strong understanding of what performs there (existing following a plus, not required)
Prior UGC or influencer experience is a bonus, not a requirement
