Responsibilities

Positioning across the group. Establishing what each brand stands for, clarifying where they overlap, and resolving areas where the current picture is confusing to the people we're trying to reach.
Growing our private assessment services. Young Wellbeing Hub's autism and ADHD clinics are a paid service, and part of this role is attracting families who are considering a private assessment. In practice that means clear, honest information about the process, timescales and costs; strong search visibility for the questions parents are actually typing; a straightforward and well-supported enquiry journey; and appropriate paid activity. We would want you to be direct about what we offer without overstating what an assessment can do, and to be mindful that many of the people considering this route are anxious and under pressure.
CAMHS Professionals — two audiences. As a recruitment agency, this brand needs to attract clinicians and practitioners, and to attract client organisations who want access to that talent. The LinkedIn following gives you a strong starting point on the candidate side; the client side needs building. You would own both, and they need different approaches, channels and messages.
Young Care Hub. Marketing for Ofsted-regulated children's homes is mainly two things: attracting and retaining good residential care staff in a competitive market, and maintaining the reputation and visibility that placing authorities rely on. Content here must never identify or expose the young people in our care.
EFWS. Reaching the local authorities, schools, SEND teams and families who arrange alternative provision and tuition, alongside recruiting the tutors we need. This is largely relationship and referral-led marketing with longer decision cycles than our consumer work.
Recruitment marketing and employer brand. A significant part of this role sits across the group: we need to attract clinicians, care staff and tutors, not just customers and clients. Builting a coherent employer brand and a reliable candidate-attraction pipeline is one of the highest-value things you could do here.
Social media across all five brands. Setting the tone, cadence and content plan for each, and building a sustainable way of producing content — including drawing on the knowledge of our clinical colleagues — so output doesn't depend on one person having a good week.
PR and earned media. In this sector, credibility matters more than reach. You would build our media relationships from a fairly low base: identifying the right journalists and trade titles for each audience, preparing our clinicians as spokespeople, developing original material such as survey or research-based stories, and responding to relevant news coverage in a considered way.
Demand generation. Organic and local search, email and CRM, and paid activity where appropriate. Enquiry generation for the clinics and Hubs, and pipeline support for commissioning, placements and client work.
Reporting. A single view across the group, based on measures that mean something: enquiries and conversions, cost per enquiry, candidate and client volumes for CAMHS Professionals, applications for care and tuition roles, referral and commissioning pipeline, search visibility, email engagement, and the quality of media coverage.

Requirements

Track record in Marketing
Hands-on social media experience, together with real strength in at least one of SEO, email/CRM or paid media.
Good judgement about tone. You can explain why copy that suits a wellbeing service would be inappropriate for a crisis service or a children’s home.
Comfort working alongside clinical colleagues in a regulated environment.
Confident with data and reporting.
The ability to prioritise sensibly across several brands and to explain your reasoning.

Preferred

Experience in mental health, healthcare, education, social care, recruitment or the public sector.
PR or media relations experience, including sensitive subject matter
Both consumer and B2B experience.
Experience marketing a private healthcare or clinical service.
Recruitment marketing or employer brand experience, and confidence with LinkedIn as a channel at scale.
Familiarity with the Samaritans media guidelines on reporting suicide and self-harm.
Experience supporting tenders, bids or commissioned services.
Practical design and short-form video skills.
