Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photographs and videos that align with brand messaging and campaign goals
• Manage all aspects of content production, from conceptualization to post-production using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Capture One
• Develop creative visual concepts that resonate with target audiences for social media, websites, and marketing materials
• Edit and enhance images and videos through photo editing techniques to ensure professional quality and consistency
• Collaborate with marketing teams to brainstorm innovative ideas for campaigns and visual storytelling
• Maintain organized archives of all media assets for easy access and future use

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, videography, or digital content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Capture One
• Solid understanding of photography principles, lighting techniques, framing, and composition
• Experience in social media management platforms and strategies for audience engagement
• Knowledge of journalism or storytelling techniques to craft compelling narratives through visual media
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and receive feedback effectively
