Job Summary

Own data quality and analytics support for marketing; focus on collection, cleansing, governance, and turning customer data into decision-ready insights for campaigns and journey initiatives.

Data & Governance: Assist in collecting data from CRM and platforms, perform cleansing and quality checks to ensure privacy and compliance.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and campaign performance; produce dashboards in Power BI and present insights.
Collaboration & Improvement: Work with Marketing Data Lead and teams on data-driven projects and customer journeys, staying current with analytics best practices.

Job Description

Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies and best practices in analytics and data management

Requirements

5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 5-9 (B-A)
Including Maths and English

Preferred

Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data in simple terms
Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to organise and manage multiple tasks effectively
Enthusiasm for learning new systems, tools and technologies
