Job Summary

Own the operational delivery of digital advertising across a large network, from setup to live optimization, with cross-functional collaboration to protect revenue and exceed client expectations.

Campaign Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end ad lifecycles and optimize performance through creative swaps and live status monitoring.
Platform Troubleshooting & Collaboration: Resolve platform issues and validate revenue with cross-functional teams.
Operational Excellence: Support sales delivery with attention to detail and adherence to SLAs under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

provide essential operational support to our sales teams by ensuring every digital advertising campaign is delivered flawlessly across our massive network.
set up digital ads, email newsletters, and internal marketing campaigns while adhering to strict service level agreements.
actively manage campaign lifecycles by executing creative swaps, monitoring live status, and optimising performance to ensure our customers see the best possible results.
troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate across the business to validate revenues and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

an analytical thinker who is highly competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and has a natural eye for detail even when working under the pressure of tight deadlines.
foundational understanding of digital advertising specifications and online targeting technology is essential.
experience with Google Ad Manager or time spent within an advertising agency is a significant advantage.
a self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously from home while maintaining a strong "team player" spirit.
collaborative communicator who is ready to uphold our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and non-discrimination in everything we publish.
