Job Summary

Own the copy across product experiences and campaigns, shaping tone and UX messaging with data-informed iteration.

Copy across print, web, social, and video that drives client goals and user understanding.
Partner with design teams and shoots, uploading to CMS and keeping client pages current.
Maintain quality standards and accessibility while setting high internal copy standards as the sole practitioner.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Write engaging and accurate copy across print, web, social and video that works for readers and achieves client goals.
Maintain high standards of writing and factual accuracy, incorporating team and client feedback.
Participate in creative sessions and collaborate on ideas for new business pitches.
Keep up with competitor activity and market context.
Contribute to wider team tasks such as awards entries, updating the team website and Studio social channels.
Upload completed content to the CMS and update client pages.
Assist the team on external shoots, logistically or creatively.

Requirements

Proven copywriting experience in digital product environments
Strong portfolio showing impact across landing pages, in-product messaging, and conversion flows
Clear, concise, engaging copy for complex user journeys
Experience optimisation of copy for performance, including A/B testing and data-informed iteration
Understanding of tone of voice, content hierarchy, and accessibility best practices
Comfortable embedded in design teams, influencing product decisions through language
Confident operating as a sole copy practitioner, setting standards and driving quality independently
Must have a driving licence and be comfortable driving unfamiliar cars
