Job Summary

Own and deliver multi‑channel YouTube and social strategies for clients, guiding a growing digital team and translating insights into client‑ready recommendations.

Communicate insights clearly to clients and internal teams

Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of YouTube and social media channels
Working within a growing team of digital strategists
Leading on strategy across a range of client channels
Creating channel strategies directly with clients and understanding the nuances of their businesses
Taking responsibility for everything that happens across the channels you manage, from content schedules and publishing through to claims and reporting
Maintaining clear accountability and ownership for channel performance and delivery
Identifying opportunities to grow digital channels across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, X and Instagram
Using platform analytics to understand performance and inform recommendations
Reporting performance, insights and next steps back to clients and the wider internal team
Working with the wider team to identify channel, audience and platform trends

Requirements

2 years’ experience working in digital, specifically experience of YouTube channel management
Passionate about great content, advertising and brand accounts
Strong confidence using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop
Strategic thinker - curious, proactive and willing to test new ideas to drive stronger results
