A hands-on paid media professional with 4+ years of experience managing campaigns and budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Fluent in English and German, with French or Spanish as a plus.
You have a deep understanding of digital marketing and enjoy translating data from multiple sources into a clear story for stakeholders at every level.
Familiarity with B2B market terminology, sales funnels, and sales cycles is a plus, along with experience working across different cultural markets.
A strategic thinker who builds data-driven hypotheses to solve complex problems and understands how your day-to-day decisions connect to the bigger business picture.
A strong relationship builder who earns trust across teams through active listening, adapts communication style to the audience, and creates space for open collaboration.
Someone who prioritizes well, using frameworks to balance competing deadlines and proactively adjust plans to keep projects on track.
A creative problem-solver who stays on top of industry trends and isn't afraid to propose new ideas and test for messaging and campaigns.
For this specific role, prior experience in managing media campaigns and strong English and German skills are mandatory requirements.
