As a Digital Marketing Manager - Gaming, you will partner with local teams to drive high impact, cost-effective Paid Media activity across key channels (Search, Social, App, Video).
Sitting globally, the role will have oversight of multi-territory campaign delivery and lead cross-functional gaming initiatives to meet ambitious growth targets.
In this role, you will work globally, supporting regional teams in Gibraltar, Malta, US and Brazil to drive gaming growth.
You will provide strategic oversight on campaign delivery across key channels, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and player values.
This cross-channel role will be pivotal in identifying and driving forward new Gaming marketing initiatives.
Working cross-functionally with gaming CRM, product, development and design teams, this role will be a key point of contact that translate new game launches, product releases and promotional offers into effective campaigns that resonate with our audience.
While you will not actively manage campaigns day-to-day, you must possess deep technical capability across paid search and paid social to effectively guide local teams, audit performance, and optimise delivery.
You will also support the enhancement of the Company’s digital marketing function, working with key partners and internal development teams to drive continual improvement through technology and innovation.
You will be data-driven, hands-on and have a strong track record in delivering measurable growth across web and app KPIs.
Experienced in leading Paid Media in a competitive category, you will have strong knowledge across marketing, analytics and technology solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience leading and influencing paid media strategy across web and app.
Deep technical capability across paid search and paid social, enabling you to provide expert oversight and guidance on campaign delivery.
Strong track record in delivering measurable growth.
Extensive experience in Paid Media, with iGaming experience preferred.
Ability to use data driven insights to quickly iterate and methodically improve results.
Commercially minded, with the ability to translate marketing performance into business value.
Proficient in data analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and MMPs such as AppsFlyer.
Comfortable communicating effectively to stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
Pro-active and autonomous work ethic, thriving within a dynamic, global team environment.
