Job Summary

Own a venue growth engine by managing the bookings calendar, shaping the guest journey, and expanding local partnerships to lift footfall and revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the venue bookings diary for private hire, corporate events, weddings, birthdays, brunches and seasonal events.
Create and deliver an annual events calendar that drives footfall throughout the year.
Develop new business opportunities through local networking and commercial partnerships.
Build relationships with businesses, hotels, universities, tourism organisations and community groups.
Be a point of contact for all our booking customers
Work alongside Head Office Marketing to deliver successful campaigns.
Take ownership of the entire customer journey, continually reviewing and refining every touchpoint from initial enquiry and booking through to arrival, service, follow-up and repeat visits.
Work with Head Office to develop and improve customer journeys, ensuring every guest experience is consistent, memorable and commercially effective.
Manage VIP guests and VIP experiences, ensuring high-value customers receive exceptional service and helping to build long-term customer loyalty.
Recruit, train and support hosting and promotional teams.

Requirements

Experience in hospitality, events, venue management or marketing.
Commercial mindset with a passion for growing businesses.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Strong relationship-building ability.
Creative, proactive and results-driven.
