Job Summary

Own the local brand presence by growing brand advocates, equipping store teams with high energy product training, and sparking consumer desire while continuously testing adidas gear and feeding insights to HQ.

Community ownership: build a proactive in-store and local fitness network of brand advocates.
Retail enablement: design and deliver energetic product training for store teams.
Experience and feedback loop: engage consumers to create desire and regularly test gear, feeding insights to adidas HQ.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build a Community - Grow a team of proactive brand advocates in-store and across your local fitness network
Train & Inspire - Design and deliver high-energy product training (physical and virtual) that gets retail teams excited
Drive the Experience - Engage with consumers to create a genuine desire for the brand
Test the Best - Regularly test and review the latest adidas gear (yes, that’s part of the job!)
Insightful Reporting: Share feedback and best practices directly with adidas HQ via our in-house app

Requirements

A genuine passion for running and performance sports.
An energetic, "can-do" personality - someone who makes an impact with a smile.
An interest in the benefits of an active lifestyle.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
The Essentials: A full driving licence, a reliable vehicle, and the flexibility for occasional overnights. (Retail/training experience is a bonus!)
