Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings using SEO best practices.
Manage and update the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with marketing goals.
Create compelling copy for digital ads, social media posts, newsletters, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads; prepare detailed reports to inform ongoing strategies.
Oversee social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing online communities on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Coordinate projects with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and organization.
Utilize Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing graphics and content assets that enhance campaign effectiveness.
Lead email marketing campaigns by segmenting audiences, designing templates, and tracking engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
Support B2B (business-to-business) marketing efforts by developing targeted campaigns that foster strong professional relationships.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field with a strong understanding of management principles and project management methodologies.
Proficiency in SEO techniques, Google Ads management, Google Analytics analysis skills, and social media management tools.
Hands-on experience with WordPress website management and Adobe Photoshop for content creation.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messages tailored to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and B2B marketing strategies to engage corporate clients effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English along with organizational skills necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time efficiently within fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential for reporting and presentations.
