Set the vision for Nespresso’s brand and campaign strategy across the UK & Ireland, bringing together creativity, insight and commercial ambition.
Create integrated B2C and B2B campaigns that build brand love, spark desire and deliver measurable business impact.
Connect campaign, content, PR, influencer, CRM and media activity into one powerful, joined-up communications ecosystem.
Bring global campaigns to life locally, translating big brand ideas into relevant, beautifully executed activations that deeply resonate with British and Irish consumers.
Shape content, PR and influencer strategies that earn attention, create cultural relevance and strengthen Nespresso’s premium positioning.
Elevate CRM content so it feels more connected, engaging and purposeful across every stage of the customer journey.
Partner with our Head of Media of media strategy to ensure our content lands in the right places, reaches the right audiences and drives performance across paid, owned and earned channels.
Champion Nespresso’s brand identity, tone of voice and visual expression, ensuring every touchpoint feels unmistakably premium.
Inspire agency partners across creative, media, PR and production to deliver outstanding, insight-led work that raises the bar.
Lead and develop a talented team across Brand & Campaign, Content, PR & Influencer and CRM creative, creating the conditions for brilliant work to thrive and teams to flourish.

Requirements

A strong background in brand marketing, communications, media or campaign leadership, with the confidence to shape strategy at pace.
Experience building or growing premium brands, ideally in a fast-moving consumer environment where creativity and commercial results go hand in hand.
A proven ability to create integrated brand and communications plans that cut through, connect with audiences and deliver impact across multiple channels.
A sharp understanding of how content, PR, influencer, CRM and media come together to create a distinctive and consistent brand experience.
Experience getting the best from agency partners, setting clear direction and inspiring brilliant creative, strategic and operational delivery.
A natural collaborator and confident influencer, able to build trust and momentum across local teams, global stakeholders and external partners.
A people-first leadership style, with the ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.
A curious, insight-led mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities in data, culture and consumer behaviour and turn them into action.
